Dwindling system is sending in the depth of hopelessness to the employees.
corrupt bureaucracy and red tapism is on full swing they only want to see workers on work but without proper arm and ammunition when it comes about responsibility they simply guides missiles to junior level.It seems that there is no hope and no future in this department working for more than twelve hours is very common many poor employees are frusted due to undue burden of work due to non working policy of the administration they want to make big hole in the sky but without any cost only on standing on the shoulders of downtrodens and poor workers.
however it is very sorrowful to see that no a single wants to fight against them unions are silent they are only looking for higher perks from 7cpc but not crying for present situation.
responsible peoples are laughing at this helpless situation of poor employees,there is not a ray of hope for employees.
