THE MOST AWAITED 7TH CPC REPORT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED BY THE COMMISSION TO THE GOVERNMENT FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION.BUT THE REPORT HAS TURNED TO TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT IN CG EMPLOYEES,MOST OF THE ALLOWANCES HAVE BEEN ABOLISHED BY THE 7TH CPC.
52 ALLOWANCES HAVE BEEN REMOVED BY THE PAY COMMISSION WHICH IS ASTONISHING.
ALL NON INTEREST BEARING ADVANCES HAVE BEEN ABOLISHED.
HRA REDUCED TO 8%.16%,24% WHICH IS PRESENTLY 10,20,30% RESPECTIVELY.
CGEIS HAVE BEEN RAISED BUT THE FACT IS THAT THE RECOERY RATE IS MUCH HIGHER AT PRESENT ONE CAN GET SAME BENEFITS JUST BY LOOSING HALF OF THAT AMT IN OPEN MARKET WHICH IS AGAIN DISAPPOINTING AND ANNOYING THE GOVT EMPLOYEES .
THERE IS NO CHANGE IN CASUAL LEAVE,CCL,MATERNITY LEAVE,LTC,LEAVE ENCASHMENT.
NO PAY COMMISSION REQUIRED FOR FUTURE PERIODICAL REVIEW RECOMMENDED.
THE ACTUAL INCREASE IS ONLY 0.32% AS FOLLOWS:-
Actually our basic pay + Grade pay = 100% DA as on 01.07.2015-119% and as on 01.01.2016 presumed as 125%. As such, at present we are getting 225% [100 + 125} i.e.2.25 , where as our fitment formula recommended as 2.57. The difference of 2.57-2.25 = 0.32 % is the only real increase of our existing pay.
WHILE IT WAS A POMP SHOW BY THE MEDIA THAT THE INCREASE IS THREE TIMES MORE WHICH RAISED ONLY RUMORS IN GENERAL.
IN FACT THE TOTAL INCREASE IN GROSS PAY IS VERY LESS.
CENTRAL GOVT EMPLOYEES KEEP WAITING FOR A LONG 10 YEARS BUT WHAT THEY GET FINALLY NOTHING.
MOST OF THE YOUNG EMPLYOEES HAVE ENTERED TO THEIR MIDDLE AGE AND MOST OF THEM WERE PLANNING BIG MUCH FOR THERE FUTURE FROM THIS PAY COMMISION BUT GOT ONLY REJECTION AND DEJECTION. 7TH CPC IS A TOTAL FAILURE IN RESPECT OF MIDDLE CLASS AND BENEFITING ONLY THE UPPER CLASS
FINALLY WIDENING THE GAP OF GENERAL MAN TO RICHES.
EVERY EMPLOYEE IS FRUSTRATED AND FEELING CHEATED AND LOOTED BY THE 7 CPC.
